Lesson Make-up Policy
If a lesson is canceled with more than 24 hours notice, we will schedule a make-up lesson. Each student may schedule 1 make-up lesson per semester. If a lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for that lesson and the teacher will be paid for that lesson.
If one of our teachers must cancel a lesson, we will either provide a substitute teacher, or we will schedule a make-up at a later date.
